Cream Silk Vintage Wedding Lengha - Preloved

Blouse is pure silk with embellishment.

Lengha skirt is made of pure silk and fully lined in cotton.  It has a drawstring fastening and a zip fitting at the side.    It is embellished with masses of antique gold wirework , silver and gold wire worked flowers, silver zardosi and braid work as well as small glass beads.

Dupatta is made of pure silk chiffon and is extensively embellished, it has a contrasting peachy orange applique around the outer edges as well as a really large motif in each corner.  It is also cotton lined.  

This is a preloved lengha dating back around 30 years, overall it is in very good condition, the blouse is included however it does have some light staining around the armholes.  It is included so any embellishment can be used on a replacement blouse.  It has been in storage for years so will need airing.  It may be better to have this dry cleaned to freshen it.

Kameez

• Underarm to underarm when laid flat – 57cm
• Bust (taken approximately 7cm down from the armpit) - 54cm
• Waist - measurement taken 19cm approx. down from the armpit - 51cm
• Length of sleeves - armpit to cuff end - 35cm
• Kameez - seam allowance each side - 2cm
• Kameez length - measurement from under armpit to hem – 45cm
• Kameez length - measurement from shoulder to hem - 64cm

Skirt

• Length - 104cm
• Waist – will fit a maximum waist size of 96cm – drawstring needed (not included)
